Cancellation Policies
- 72 hours before arrival: 5% penalty.
- 48 hours before arrival: a 25% penalty will be charged.
- 24 hours before arrival: a 50% penalty will be charged.
- 23 hours before arrival: no refund will be issued.
(Hours are calculated based on the check-in time.)

PAYMENT INFORMATION
No-show charges or cancellation penalties, according to the applicable policy, will be charged automatically to the credit card entered when making the reservation.
At check-in, guests must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used on the website for full payment or guarantee payment.
(1) Early Departure or No-Show
Early departure or no-show will result in cancellation and a 100% penalty.
Exceptions may be considered with prior hotel authorization.
(2) Reservation Modification
“Non-Refundable” reservations do not allow date changes or name changes.
Extending the reservation implies the extension of the original policies and restrictions.
Exceptions may be considered with prior hotel authorization.
(3) Refunds
No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out.
For flexible reservations with full or partial cancellation refunds, refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the corresponding request and confirmation.
(4) Important
Extensions of stay require a new reservation.
All guests must be properly registered at the time of booking; otherwise, additional charges may apply at check-in.
Availability of accommodation in the same property is not guaranteed for additional guests.
Guests under 18 years of age may only check in with a parent or legal guardian.
The rate does NOT include applicable hotel service charges, optional incidental charges (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls, etc.), or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges at the time of check-out.
